schwarzweiß 9
The exhibition “schwarzweiß 9” brought together 13 artists who engaged deeply with the colors black & white. Many stimulating, art-focused and cheerfully sociable conversations emerged during the exhibition.
Black & white - two seemingly opposing colors that, when combined, create a striking harmony, even though the reality we perceive is usually rich in color. Black & White photography, in particular, filters out information and directs the viewer’s attention to what truly matters: the essence of life. This, one might say, can also be understood so in a philosophical sense.

My artworks presented at “schwarzweiß 9”- Gallery K49
A study in contrasts, black and white, stillness and motion, defines my works “Wintery Cologne” and “The Skater”, presented at the exhibition Schwarzweiß 9.
“Wintery Cologne” captures a hushed, almost ethereal winter scene, where the city dissolves into fog and only faint traces of movement remain.
“The Skater” explores the dialogue between geometry, light, and shadow, as a solitary figure carves out its own rhythm in space.
Both works are released in limited editions of 10 and are available until sold out. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested.
It was a pleasure to share these perspectives at Galery K49. Thank you to everyone who visited for the generous feedback and interest in my work, and special thanks to Kalle Paltzer for curating the exhibition.
